I share a short but instructive story that once again highlights the importance of choosing the right professional for any aesthetic treatment. Unfortunately, my guest was not so lucky and came to us with permanent white spots on her forehead after a wrinkle removal treatment by an inappropriate professional. However, with medical tattooing and scar treatment, we have managed to correct the flaws and restore the natural appearance of her skin.
The moral of the story: trust only experienced professionals
A guest of mine went to a clinic for a wrinkle treatment, where it turned out that the person who gave the treatment was not a doctor. To remove the wrinkles on the forehead laser procedure was suggested, which the operator felt was an effective solution. My guest trusted the specialist as a layman, but unfortunately he had to face serious consequences:
- The laser treatment was too strong, and burned the skin structure, completely killing melanin production in the treated area.
- The wrinkles have not disappeared, and permanent white streaks appeared on the forehead.
- The melanin that gives the skin its colour has not regenerated, leaving white patches permanently.
This sad case highlights once again that laser treatments should only be used trained doctors who are suitably qualified and licensed. Do not choose lasers for cosmetic use, because they are often unsafe and can cause irreversible damage.
How did we help with scar treatment?
The treatment of such skin lesions is medical tattooing and scar treatment which is the best way to cover up white spots. The treatment procedure was as follows:
- Special pigments: Pigments that harmonise with the colour of the skin have been added to the white patches to make them almost invisible.
- Specific technique: we used Melinda's proprietary method, which uses precise shades for a natural look.
- Fast and effective treatment: The first treatment is about took 30 minutes, with minimal inconvenience.
What happens during the correction?
After at least one month after the first treatment, a correction is carried out, during which:
- Make up for any loss of pigment,
- We will perfect your tattoo so that the final result is harmonious and long-lasting.
The lesson: Choose your treatment carefully
This case proved once again that inadequate expertise can cause serious damage that is difficult and costly to correct later. Laser treatments should always be carried out by experienced and qualified professionals.
